Developed by Auroch Digital and published by Big Fan Games and Devolver Digital, Boltgun 2 picks up right where the original Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun left off. This sequel retains the explosive boomer-shooter style of its predecessor but adds new characters, weapons, enemies, environments, and a branching campaign.
A New Warhammer 40K Fight
In 'Boltgun 2', players will once again take on the role of the Ultramarine 'Malum Cado'; there is also a second playable character—'Sister of Battle Naira Veirath'. The skills and playstyles of these two characters are different from each other. 'Mallum Cado' possesses the power of Space Marine-like heavy weaponry and aggressive combat tactics; on the other hand, 'Naira's' playstyle emphasises her ability to move quickly, her skill in close-range combat, and her own unique abilities. The game's campaign will take players through a variety of worlds and environments. Players will not be confined to the boundaries of a familiar battlefield; a variety of locations, from vast 'hive-cities' or densely populated urban environments to dangerous jungles and mangrove swamps, will be featured here.
